What I am all about.
I’m a recent graduate with a strong passion for the field between technology and people. I graduated from the University of Copenhagen with a Master's degree in Communications and IT in 2017 and during my 5 years of studying I also worked a number of student jobs, freelanced as a frontend developer and communications consultant and started a company building an app with another student. Additionally, I worked internationally as an intern and later as a communication manager in Georgia, USA.
Personally, I enjoy working in a collaborative environment with room for idea-generation, innovation and professional development to continue growing my skillset and my career. In future roles, I hope to continue working in the field between people and technology while contributing to brands I believe in.

Upon finishing my degree in Copenhagen, I returned to Agilysys as a Communications Manager. I worked in particular with internal technical teams on communicating the innovative additions made to the company’s complex solutions. I worked in the marketing department and was responsible for the company's complete internal and external communication.

A fellow student and myself have created a travel app for Android, iOS and Web. We were accepted into the Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship and I took on the role as CTO, focusing on develpment and a complete and coherent digital user experience. The company is based in Alpharetta, GA in the US and among other accomplishments I was part of the project to start their blog and coordinate their annual conference attended by 500+ hospitality industry professionals.

In the internal IT department at Danske Bank I worked primarily on a project to re-imagine and developing their internal documentation platform. The job involved thorough user research followed by concept development with focus on a design-thinking approach. I was also involved in other ad hoc programming, design and communication tasks in my position.

As people use IT in their everyday lives, the education focuses on teaching students to think about technology in new ways in order to meet the needs of the users. PackitUp
In 2016, a fellow student and myself decided to develop an app targeted towards young travellers. The iOS, Android and progressive web app helps travellers find like-minded people who are planning trips to similar destinations with the intention of meeting up and discovering new parts of the world together.
We were accepted into the Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship and later also into KU Plus. The app has been featured in an international travel magazine and at CBS Entrepreneurial Day 2017 and 2018. Learn more about the project on our website: www.packitup.dk.
PackitUp Blog
As part of my startup PackitUp, we created a blog focused on the entrepreneurial environment in Copenhagen. A few guest authors have contributed and other topics include travel, destinations and tips.

I worked with this IT consultant company on updating their website and making it mobile-friendly.
The website was built in Wordpress and alternative pages were made with translations for their international clients. I have since worked with them several times on design-related and other tasks. The website can be found here.

Cecilie Schiøth Larsen
As part of a class titled "Digital Design" on the last year of my Bachelor's degree, my group of fellow students and I created a portfolio website for a Danish model named Cecilie Schiøth Larsen. The project entailed every step of the design process from the first meeting to several workshops in order to determine what was needed from the website.
Once we landed on a design mockup that Cecilie was happy with, we created the website in HTML, CSS and Javascript. The exam consisted of a review of the website along with our report and oral defense explaining the user-centered thinking behind our choices. Unfortunately, the website was hosted by the school and is no longer up.
Itesso
During my work with Crunch-IT, they referred me to an international company named Itesso. They were in need of some design improvements and an English translated version of their website.
Itesso was recently acquired by Amadeus Hospitality and their website is no longer accessible.
