Cossack Citation at Gefion:
26th October 1998 - 12th February 2008

Structure:
Tate was a big and masculin male with a beautiful and very rich coat. He had more bone than the most, and even though he moves with an easy trot and great elegance, till the day he died. He was very well angulated and had a good balance in his body. He was a joy to to watch, both when standing still and when moving.

Tate was 21 inc. high. He had full detention and siscorbite. He had excellent hips and elbows, and his eyes were checked yearly, latest in 2007.

Temperament:
Tate was nice and gentle. He loved people and did never realize his size at all! He belived that he could sneak upon your lab without you notising it. He had a well developed police-attitude, and was sentisive to his suroundings, and would take action if something was out of order. Tate was depending on his family - dogs and humans - and he absolutely felt best when everybody were together.

Oh, and then Tate had his own privat fan-group, and he loved when they came to visit him!!

See for yourself - I dont take a lot of space....!!

History:
Tate came to Denmark, when he was close to 1 year old. He lived at kennel Khetashio for a year, and he was meant to go back to USA. Good for us, it didn't work out that way, and from May 2001 he was part of Kennel Strandly. In the last 1½ years of his life, he lived with his number one member of his fan club; Mette Endersen. He loved the family-life there, and the fact that they have only one dog to love! This is how he wanted it. Eventhough he loved when we visited him, there were not doubt in his mind to where he wanted to be - he loved his retirement family; Mette, Hans, Kasper and Sille.
